As a cellist, my greatest fulfillment comes from sharing my artistry through teaching, guiding students to discover their unique musical voice while mastering technical foundations. Studying with me means embracing a balanced approach that honors both precision and emotional expression—skills that translate into meaningful performances that resonate with audiences. I take immense pride in my students' accomplishments, from winning top honors at the Kiwanis Music Festival and Canadian Music Competition to earning coveted spots at the Taylor Academy and performing with premier ensembles like the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra and Oakville Symphony.

I teach privately at my studio located in North York, Toronto. I also teach online which is great if you are unable to meet in person. Welcoming dedicated cello students eager to grow both musically and artistically.

Chris is a great cello teacher! My son is 9 yrs old. For a kid at this age, it’s very important to have someone guide him with patience. So far we are very happy with him and love his teaching methods. Chris is very meticulous. He would pinpoint the tiniest issues and explain how to improve them in the clearest way possible. My kid really enjoys the lessons and his progress is very positive. Highly recommending Chris .
